with the first announcement of bands are the chances increased or decreased of Vampire Weekend, The xx, Grizzly Bear, The Horrors, Empire of the Sun and The Maccabees playing L&R? out of this announcement i could only see Vampire Weekend playing V so are the rest going to grace our presence?

I'd love the national to come to R&L. Any chance?

Enjoyed vampire weekend last year, hoping they play again. Last year prob 90% of the crowd knew one song but I think new album is stronger than their first effort

The Saturday at Lattitude so far looks ace, in fact there are some great acts across all the stages.

Yeah, Saturday looks very good. All the bands anounced, along with Rich Hall and Mark Lamarr.. pretty solid. Shame about the other 2 awful days.

Lattitude is definately a festival I'd like to go to in the future.

Anyone else think R+L should add some more Comedy like Latitude do?

Especially with our headliners this year...

Not really - one tent is enough for a rock festival, Lattitude is doing something a bit unique but it wouldn't work at Reading.

Though Vampire Weekend and FATM are pretty weak, unoriginal headliners, being able to round off the first two nights with The National and Belle and Sebastian, with The Horrors, Empire of the Sun and Grizzly Bear also there makes this one tempting.

Fair enough. Not been to Leeds before so I wasn't sure if it would've been good or not

the comedy stage is really good at leeds, i went there a few times last year when nothing else on the other stages i really want to see. Caught Tim Mincin, Jake Whitehall and Tom Stade. And the unforgettable Joey Page getting booed offstage ha ha
