Heyyyy!!!

Booked my ticket on Friday morning woo!!!

Just need to ask, how much alcohol can we bring into the campsite?

Someone said it was one crate and one sprit. I just wanted to double check!!!

You can take as much alchohol as you can carry but no glass is allowed!!

Yes you can take cans into camp

You cannot take alcohol into the arena though (see other post for sneaking it in)

Well if they try the one slab per person thing (which I have only ever heard on here) just send someone in to pitch tent, then come back in a group for the rest. They don't know whether you've carried some in before or not - as the meerkat says Simples.
Also you get the odd Robocop yellow jacket who thinks he's joined 22 SAS because he has batteries in his torch so you might get stopped and checked but mostly they are normal people and as long as you are no bother they don't care. Just don't have anything on the banned list or they will check everything - ie no glass, hammers or pocket knives!

As for sneaking the alcohol into the Arena, if they want to stop you they will, but mostly they are stopping people taking anything that might do damage if chucked in the crowd.
