Does anybody know if you can still take in more than 1litre if you have a 'medical condition'. It used to say something along those lines (with drs cert) on the website, but can't find it now.

Ignore me..found my answer now lol, you have to contact a steward who'll contact their supervisor.

The best thing i've found is the capri sun orange drinks with a screw top lid. Got a tiny funnel from wilkies and refill wiyh vodka or anything else. Then just buy coke, sprite  500ml bottles and top up with spirits. Sits in the bottom of a bag or in a pocket. They hold 330ml, just under half a normal size bottle.

Put Haribo into a shallow dish and add vodka. Apparently they soak it up over a couple of days and you just keep adding voddie. They expand into huge Haribo monsters then you put them into the freezer. Vodka doesn't really freeze so they just go back to normalish consistency!! Yey!

These will be freely allowed into the arena so you can chomp yourself drunk without the hassle of smuggling cans down your pants!!

I've never had a problem getting it in, I mix vodka and coke in 500ml coke bottles (max size allowed in arena) and vodka or archers/lemonade in water bottles.  Vodka in the wellies, that sort of stuff. Sounds really daft but if it works! I'm not paying 3.50 a pint! Top tip females:go through a gate with a male steward as they can do nothing but look in your bag, and go through at peak times i.e. at 12 when the arena opens.

if you get caught with cans in your wellies etc. can they through you out or anything? or just take them off you?

of course they wont throw you out!! just tell you you cant take them in so you'll either have to put them in the bin else come out of the queue and try another entrance!!!
