been meaning to post this for ages.

the past 2 times weve went to rockness weve travelled up the night before and had a pre-party on the beach, the security guards and workers are usually all there and sometimes a few of the smaller artists that are playing on the friday are there.

then the next morning, one of the first in, pick of the campsites

Just a suggestion... would reccomend it, great way to start the fest

Going up Thursday night again this year, staying overnight in Inverness and meeting a few people from here for some drinks

Eh normally get there for the gates opening so this year will be about 10am. I only live an hour and a half away so it's no chore for us

Iv never been before, but i take it its not as hassly as T to get in?

kl if any of uz get a chance tho, head down to the loch (the bit about 10 mintues behind the main stage) the thursday night and wel go find nessie!

Nowhere near the same. The year we got in first we arrived 15 minutes before the gate opened and there was literally nobody there.

I always arrive early so avoid the busiest times but I can't imagine it being bad.

nowhere near as bad.
the worst walk is the first one... car to campsite... but its not the distance, its usually the amount of stuff my gf takes that i obv end up havin to carry.

Na nothing compared to walking around titps site. which is a piss take. car park is infront of the entrance, simple as.

walks maybe 500 metres at the most

lol not got a clue, I look through pictures on Flickr a lot and have spotted myself and my tent. Maybe you could do that?

Yeah if i could only choose one it would be rockness but i still love TITP!
