New album released next month - Love Is Strange. It's a double live album of an acoustic show Jackson & David did in 2006. Essential listening, I'm sure, if you're planning on going on the Sunday night.

Thought he was amazing on the pyramid stage.

How was he in the acoustic stage on the Sunday? Did he play Late for the sky?

Was chuffed to see the Beeb give him about 25 minutes of highlights. It was so hot I only lasted about 4 songs. A brilliant set and will be checking out more of his stuff asap. The man doesnt age btw.

I thought he was great. Got right up near front for him. One of my fave sets of weekend. I was surprised/upset at how empty the area in front of barrier was to be honest. Definitely will always remember this set well, and nice to see Michael Eavis call down to him to encourage him to go back on for an encore after he walked off set first time. So glad that he wasn't just limited to the Acoustic Sunday slot vs. Stevie.

Wasn't there, according to The Guardian it was very good.

He did play Late for the Sky and it's appeared on youtube:

I made it to the acoustic tent slightly late and it was the highlight of my weekend.

He was fighting a little against bass leakage from the Pyramid, so they went way off the setlist and just seemed to have fun.
Here's the setlist from after I arrived:

David Lindley jamming
For Everyman
Carmelita (Warren Zevon cover)
Sit Down Servant
The Pretender (stunning version)
Running on Empty
"When a Man gets Boobs"...David Lindley channeling John Lee Hooker
Late for the Sky
Take it Easy
Love is Strange

Awesome!
When you figure I also saw Paul Heaton, it was worth missing Stevie for those two sets.

He was amazing on the Pyramid.  Just a shame the acoustic set clashed with Stevie.

Totally agree as I prefer him acoustic but glad I got to see him anyway.
