Having been to Lowlands in 2008, i thought it was the best festival i've been to in years. Enjoyed it far more than British festivals, not havin to worry havin ur trainers nicked while havin a beer was a luxury!
Point being, i was plannin on goin back to lowlands, but like many others, missed out on tickets. Pukkelpop looks likes the next best option, how does it compare to lowlands & whats the general feelin from people who have been before???

Lowlands is more decorated I think
more theatre, movies and so on

Pukkelpop is all about the music
every year great line-up, similar to lowlands, but more new bands in total.
atmosphere is great!

just go there...

Cheers for the reply, just waitin for the tickets to go on sale now!!

I've never quite understood why u'd want to watch a movie at music festival neway, so Pukkelpop sounds like the one for me!! Well impressed with the free train travel from newhere in belgium, quality idea we should have over here!! If u're goin, have a good one!!
