Ticket payment worry

My wife was one of the people contacted by See the other week to say that despite getting an email confirmation and reference number, her payment hadn't gone through so she needed to try again. She paid on Friday and I checked this morning and nothing had gone out. Rang See and the guy I spoke to said everything was fine. But I'm not so sure as I went into the bank and they said See have't requested any money to come out from our account in the next few days. I'm worried that the guy I spoke to at See has just checked to see if we've been given a second reference number and email, which we had but it didn't count first time around so why would it now?! What shall we do?!

ring them....now!
They are actually pretty good at making sure they contact you if there's a problem but another call saying you've checked with the beank and nothings been requested wouldn't hurt......

Just spoke to someone else, who checked with their supervisor, and as far as they are concerned the ticket is paid for and now ours. Still not convinced so I'll keep an eye on it, she did say that if there is a problem to let them know.
