heyy, i was 16 the first time i went and it was the best experience ive ever had! Its the cleanest, firendliest festival ive been to so its alright on that veiw. With the teenagers, theres just a mixed age group of people, and everyone is pretty reasonable and friendly so you should be fineee!

Was 16 when I went last year and loved it, never had any problems with other kids, staff or booze.
As long as you go with a few mates you get on well with, take nothing of any value and strap your wallet/phone to you then everything will be fine.
The last thing you want to be doing is worrying about stuff getting stolen or lost. Buy a cheap halfords tent that you dont mind if it gets ruined. If possible make sure you have insurance on your phone or buy a £10 one from asda/tesco. Take little money and leave it spread accross your person so if you do lose any its not all gone in one.

Mixed ages. My first time at V was last year, also being my first festival and couldn't have wished for a better first festival IMO
