Two of my friends from Hungary are trying to register and their photos are not being accepted. They are using the photos that they used for their ID cards, and still not getting accepted. They have tried six times each and are soon to give up. Have they stopped registrations?

I think I probably would've tried a different photo by the sixth attempt...

Edit their photos here...

http://www.epassportphoto.com/

I had friends who had their photo rejected multiple times, I registered them with the same photo, just slightly manipulated with the free website above (no I don't work for them!)....if it's a scan of the ID card photo, that might be where the problem is, have them take a headshot with a blank white/light background and again edit with the above site....good luck!

Just a thought, although I'm sure they have covered this. A fair few countries out that way insist on a photo which shows the view slightly to the side which shows an ear on official id. Polish, Czech and Serbia do I'm sure. This is just a thought like. Hope it works out. Yeah, use a different photo in any case.

I had problems becuase the filesize I was using was too small, make sure that the pic is over 100kb.

Find a white door.

Stand in front

Take a photo.

Upload to your PC

Use shrinkpictures

upload resulting pic.....
