Looks good Jeff but a bit too close to Bearded Theory for me I'm afraid.

Know what you mean Treacle, I just can't help but think that with this line up that sacrifices are going to have to be made...

The ticket for Bearded is in the bag, and the holidays from work for both events were booked on the off chance. Looks like I'm not going to the pub in March or April :P

Yay jeff, will you be at Bearded as well, like last year? :P

Would love to go back to Knocky again (line up looks fabulous this year) but as said above the dates of the two fests are much too close.

Not sure whether they've yet updated the official Knockengorroch festival website though ...

Yea I'll be at both. Just can't get enough of collecting and sorting rubbish at festivals.
This year the two festivals are 2 weeks apart. Last year was a nightmare finishing the liiter at Bearded and having to drive to Knock with just a 10 hour break before starting again.

Good on you. See you at BT :P

We'll get to Knocky one year or another too, just not logistically possible for us this time. Or financially!

You might deserve a break after BT, but you won't need it as BT is going to go so well this year. You'll be recovering from heat exaustion.

William Bros. who make the fantastic Fraoch Ales are creating a special Knockengorroch Ale, made of dandelions! The Knock Ale will be available exclusively at Knockengorroch this year! mmm!

Knockengorroch Festivals " Its really true this time - there is no September festival this year. We're really sorry to lose it, but hope to commemorate it in some way. We can't run it for a number of reasons, one being the sheer work it is to put two on a year, and another because of site access logistics and neighbouring landowner issues.. Means you HAVE to come in May to enjoy Knockengorroch this year! "

Things on the site were looking good yesterday. Theres a new bridge being built over to Goose Island for those of you who like to camp by the river. Plans by the litter crew to finish the Glass bottle igloo, and a new area on the banks above the Sheling feild, a bridge over the steam to gardens and a memorial path to Natasha ( who made the fire art) PLEASE bring flowers, trees etc to plant in the garden.

We're looking forwards to it... Dave Weirdigan will be lighting the Longhouse with low-powered twinkly sexy LED lighting this year and the next-door Wierdspace Acoustic Tent will be cosy and warm with a lovely fat wood-burner to toast your feet beside... Weirdigans will be doing what we do... and everyone'll be making the most of this one because sadly there won't be one in Sept this year... don't miss out, see you there!

Here at Knockengorroch the sun is shining the ground is had and the river is warm.
What more of a reason do you need to come and party next weekend
