Jamiroquai or Take That, get the singalong warmed up before Stevie comes on, fabulous!

That's exactly what I'm saying mate.

RAGE and Machine Head don't fill that criteria at all. All Rage have is one song ....

Is this sarcasm again?  :P

Nah.  We need daytime sun for Vampire Weekend.  I'd like to see them opening one of the larger stages.

No sorry it was me not thinking before I post things.

What I was ment to say is all rage have is 1 hit song and they are a bit too heavy tobe put on before Stevie. You need something like Faithless to get the crowd buzzing before the big night :P

Somewhere on ME's twitter feed it says something like 'If we can't get Queen how about next in line to the throne?'. Is Prince too big to take that slot?

I'm sorry.

It's just the amount of times people have mistaken the Michael Eavis twitter as a real one is annoying. I'm sorry for going at you like that :P

No I'm sorry, a bit of an over-reaction on my part there. My apologies. Looking back at that twitter feed it does look a little suspect!

Yeh and the fact that he seems to be obsessed with Prince when I know for a fact that if Prince played he would deffo headline, his ego won't let him play any other slot otherwise.

I heard he asked 2 Million dollars to headline Coachella. Rediculous amounts.

that's what i mentioned earlier on in this thread i think...or stevie at least (with Ash pre-booked as 'emergency substitutes'). but...they're both due in Chicago on the 26th i believe, and i don't think they'll be doing the overnight thing across the pond like that sprightly irish quartet are doing.
