Just wondering what sort of chance we have of seeing them make another appearnace in 2010?

I'd say very little.
Or less than that

Nah can't see this happening.
They toured with Oasis last year, then played Glasto as a kind of 'homecoming'... well it felt like that.
However, they will headline a few festivals and I don't think you will have a problem seeing them if you want to, but not at Glasto.

Okay guys. Thanks. Im not that fussed about them, although they would be good. So what other similar bands do you reckon will play then?

Think they'll come back in 2011 and headline personally. They seem to love the festival and it shows in this video

I doubt it, haven't they played the last few Glastos and have no new album to promote this year

I love them but it would be overkill if they played again this year. Headlining 2011 is a good shout.
I reckon they will be headlining Reading/Leeds this year but i may be talking complete rubbish as don't follow those boards. Haven't they been announced for T in the Park or similar?

They're headlining T and will probably be headlining V festival,
They'll be awesome at T this year

They stayed firmly up Noel Gallagher's arse, they said 08 was shit. They weren't even there, a bunch of gary addicts go and see them this year now they say it's the best festival in the world.

Yep, nothing against them and they were very good in '05, but they've played 4 of the last 5, and in pretty prestigious slots. Time to give someone else a chance.
'04 - opened other stage on the friday
'05- penultimate other stage saturday
'06- fallow year
'07 - penultimate pyramid friday
'08- didn't play
'09 - penultimate pyramid saturday
