It'd make my year if he was there. Haven't got a clue about the likeliness of it tho.

he was horrible before Muse in '04. only played 40 minutes. I post this, as I see that you specifically recommend he play before Muse in the sunset slot on saturday in another thread.
perhaps you didn't realize this had been done before w/ disastrous results. Muse fans in position, slagging off Morrissey beforehand, etc...

can't see Morrissey ever at Glasto again.

I doubt it and to be honest I hope not. What if someone starts cooking meat or he gets a PLASTIC cup thrown at him again?

I'd love it but he probably would be a bit of a wet blanket and dissapoint. Although if he had the right set list and attitude he could be brilliant in that slot.

What a sad waste of Marr's talent being with The Cribs is though.

According to my die-hard fan of a mate who knows everything about Morrissey and The Smiths right down to what Mike Joyce ate for lunch on April 17th 1986 (bit of an exaggeration but you know what I mean! :P) he doesn't have any plans to tour this year.

Hope he changes his mind and comes to Glasto as he is a top live act.

Even though they're in what used to be the 3rd division, I still would have expected them to beat Morrissey.

Well perhaps his vegetarian diet gave him the upper hand.

He doesn't even have a record deal or any management anymore actually? Might limit the chances just a little bit :P
