i was thinking about this years line up and i just have the feeling we'll get the reading rejects? anyone agree...
Then i was thinking forgive me if you dissagree but i would like ian brown to play, something about him no matter how badly he sings will make me love that set.
Then i'm thinking the obvious of 'ARE WE GONNA GET ARCTIC MONKEYS THIS YEAR?'
part of me doubts it.
who do you want?

Id be very surprised if Arctics ever play V after agreeing to play a couple of years ago only to let V down and then play Reading/Leeds instead.

Nowt much has changed since last year, same faces, lots of people saying V is crap compared to R/L or whatever, then still going to V.
I don't think we will get the Arctics, but then again you wouldn't have believed the U2 / Stevie Wonder rumours for Glasto, AC/DC / TCV at Download or Pearl Jam at HRC rumours when they first came out so you never know!
I'm fairly sure it'll be Kasabian and KoL though.

Im a big Arctic Monkeys fan but I think we'll have to wait for another universally praised album before they start headlining festivals again. Personally I liked the new album but it seems their bubble may have burst a little bit since 2007

I would love to see the Pixies doing Gouge Away and some of the old stuff, would be incredible... then again if festival karma was to be restored I'd end up with the silent disco earphones stuck to my head by a freak incident and the only channel they kept playing was Simply Red's 'greatest' hits - so I'd top myself...

mmm im not too sure on the arctics to be quite honest, i know kasabian are not headlining material and as reading stole amazing acts last year we should get some of the rejects from it last year so it could be a real good line up this year.
No matter what any one else has said about v last year, i still enjoyed myself as i do every year. I agree to going abit downhill but none the less had a good time.

Arctics last year at Leeds were dire pissed out their faces and Alex Turner was so far up his own arse he hardly managed to stumble through the first 45 minutes of the set not sure how they ended I felt too disappointed so I went to go and watch Rise Against
