The sun is shining, so get down to the heat of the best reggae and ska - the perfect weekly wind-down, from now til 5pm.

This week featuring some pornographic dancehall from Sean Paul, and a rip-off segment where you get the original followed by the version that's making waves today.

Fat Freddy's Drop are great live - they'll rock Bestival. Sad that they played Glastonbury in the rain & mud - they're definitely more suited to blissed out sunshine: too slow to get you stomping in the rain. I'm listening to their new album now, which isn't bad, although not as good as the first.

Make sure you catch Dub Boy in the WOW tent on saturday afternoon at Glastonbury - plays a very nice selection of fat & bouncy roots dub tunes.

it's the weekly reggae/ska show with classic tracks and a few newbies - 3pm until 5pm.
