^, ignore this guy, benicassim is a good festival, been twice aswell as glasto and theyre just completely different. General tips... Underpack cos u dont need many clothes, just shorts n tees are fine cos its so hot. but if ur doin the full 8 days camping like me then be ready for next to no sleep...its too hot to lie in past 9 and ull be enjoyin urself upto at leats 4 every night, but basically its a holiday with the added benefit of good music at night with some top acts and DJ's. well worth the money as its pretty cheap compared to scratty holidays with shiity chav beats lol

Its a good festival !
Bands start about 5 ish and go on well into the early hours.
They have the main on about 1.00 am , such then put another
act on main stage for an hour. We saw Goldfrapp come on at about 2.00am which was amazing !
The heat can be hard , but they have loads of 24 hour showers , and most people just shower naked
which is wierd for the first day or so , but then you get used to it.
We found the best thing to do with the heat was club till 8.00 am ( when they close ) , then nip
to the campsite bars and down a few litres of lager , have a cold shower then climb into the
tent , usually then you are that knackered you pass out.
The beach is about 1/2 hr walk and is a nice play to spend the day.
