I forgot how good it is. It really brings excitement to a whole other level and I'm only at the bit where people are putting their tents up and they are interviewing the desk-bound job guy!

I lost it last year so only got to watch it once in the build up to 2009!
For that reason I'm thinking once a week at least in 2010! Although have had to temporarily pause it as I'm supposed to be working and it was distracting me!

Laura your post rate is on fire!!!
I bought a copy this week.
Nothing on TV tonight so going to watch it. Not seen it before so no doubt will crank up the excitement level another notch.

I watched it this morning, great film. I love the way they leave the toilets / mud till the end, almost as a sting in the tail. Despite that (and I've done three of the worst weather Glasto's) it gave me a warm glow knowing I'm back there this summer.
Oh and the Goldfrapp clip is one of my very favourite Glasto moments.

haha! I need a life really, don't I?! I think I may have a little bit of an obsessive personality, at least when it comes to Glastonbury anyway.
Enjoy the DVD. I'm sure you will!

I got it for Christmas and have yet to watch it. I'm waiting for the right time - a couple of hours to spare with some cold ones in the fridge.
It's finding the two hours spare that is proving difficult

I was discussing all things Glasto on friday with Glaso virgins and it was great to see that I'm not the only one completely obsessed!!
One friend even said he has saved efestivals as his home page

I'm off to buy the film for myself..
I dont know what it is about the festival.. Even on Christmas day when I'm out in the dales with next to no connection I'm wanting to see what is happening with the site via the old webcam or checking on here.,. I really dont care who is playing I just want the feeling of "warmth"..
It's not long now folks...!!!

You certainly get the feeling of warmth with it. I can't describe it but as soon as the first scene comes on my excitement levels rise.

My favourite bit?
When Eavis is driving round in his jeep and talking that wasted bloke who's pretending to not know who Eavis is
"Yeah it's a good festival, but it's a bit overrated innit!"
Eavis smiles, and they drive off. A moment's silence. Then Eavis smirks at the camera
"It is a BIT overrated"

I didn't actually like the film and thought it was way over rated. A case of the "Emperors new clothes" with many I think.

Enjoy! I'm sure you will.
I am going to watch it again tomorrow morning I think. Don't think I can get my boyfriend to watch it tonight - he has watched it about 20 times with me before!

My girlfriend is not interested at all, she is a teacher though so cant really ever go to Glasto - which is cr@p for her and for me. I will never be able to share all those speacial moments you get at Glasto with her.

Always thought i would one day train as a teacher. That was until I went to my first Glastonbury!
Don't show it to her - you might then need to support her whilst she retrains!
