As the title says! Just really for a bit of fun...

For people who have been before, what are the five things you haven't done before but you really want to do?

For new people what are the five things that you have read about and think 'I've gotta do that'?

Mine are:

1/See the sun rise at the Stone Circle
I am really rubbish at staying awake all night. My body doesn't change to 'nocturnal' mode very well anymore and have never managed to do it.

2/ See some of the circus stuff
Never done that before - not sure why just not got round to it

3/ Silent Disco
Always looks like fun but there is always a long q or I can't get anyone else to come. This year I will go on my own!  :P

4/ Make it to an e-festivals meet
Last year was the first time I worked up the courage and was really looking forward to it. Then the traffic was bad and instead of getting in there at 8.30 I was in there at 12.30 and by the time I had nearly knocked myself out with our sack trolley (a very painful experience), got all our stuff out the car and set up camp, it was later than I thought I had missed out. This year I really want to go and meet all the lovely people on here!

5/ Eat something new
I love trying new food and there is so much stuff to try at Glastonbury so I have never managed to try it all. Always fancied trying the kangaroo burgers I saw advertised a few years ago so would like to try that.

I'm sure there are loads more things I haven't done and would love to do but I can't think of them right now! So give me some ideas.

3, try some new foods

4, get around more and see alot more of the festival

5, CHILL OUT, i was on edge last year a bit as it was my first ever festival and i was over whelmed with the size of it all.

After 4 Glastonburys I think I have finally managed the whole chilling out thing! It took me long enough! :P Definitely try some foods. It is so reasonably priced for the quality you get! If you haven't already, have a Manic organic brekkie!

1. Arrive as early as possible on the Thursday morning and find my mates who are pitching tent for me.
2. Breakfast at the Bath Organic Farm stall
3. Check out what I'm going to miss over the Fri, Sat and Sun
4. Spend a whole afternoon/evening in the greenfields is a must this year.
5. Witness U2 close their set on the Friday night with 40.  I don't think they will, but they should.

Been going to festivals for a long long time, but last year it took me a little bit longer to relax and get in the Glasto mood, probabky a day/ a day and a half longer than before. I want this year to get in, set up and chilling a bit sooner, but don't quite know how to manage it.

For me, as ever, it's all about the greenfields, the smaller stages and unless there's someone I really really can't miss, then I don't intend to spend any time at the Pyramid/Other.

1. Watch the sunrise over the stone circle.
2. Go and explore the night life more, and not head straight back to the tent after the headliners.
3. Meet up with with this guy we met last year who is bringing his friends this year.
4. Get there as early as possible to get a good camping spot overlooking the Pyramid.
5. Locate the flushing toilets and the bikes where you can charge your phone up, even if we don't use them.

1. Make sure I have a good time.

2. Make sure 'Er Indoors has a good time.

3. Make sure No. 1 son and girlfriend have a good time.

4. Find the stall that does chicken curry. I kept seeing it, noting it's location, but every time I went to get one it had moved ;-)

5. (Very unlikely) Find the bas***rd who nicked No.1 son's bag and kick the crap out of them (not very hippy I know, but some scum need to re-apply for membership of the human race).

:P I'm afraid I would be too nervous about bringing 'the certain things' in. Unless of course you are talking about Red Bull! Cheap crate of the Lidl's stuff keeps me going!

1. I want to get so drunk I can't find my tent.

2. Buy something strange off a random.

3. Change my opinion about something (could be anything)

4. Not have to wear wellies.

5. Get Lily Allen drunk in my tent  :P
(Obviously this last one is going to contradict the first one... Damn  :P  Why did I have to get so drunk?!)

1) Arrive early on Wednesday before the gates open, and not Thursday like last year and have murders trying to find a pitch!
2) See more of the far side of the site, meaning the Circus, Jazz, Avalon, Croissant Nuef, etc etc, going to pitch in Kidney Mead, hopefully!
3) Try not to be swayed by others as to which bands  i really want to see, unlike last year when we tried to keep together as a three and letting myself be talked into missing Florence and Doves in favour of other bands, oh the clashes!
4) Go up the Tower near the park or see the site from the top of the Stone Circle, penciled in Thursday for this.
5) Leave the site on Monday! I had to leave on Sunday afternoon last year after missing out on Blur last year i want to finish with us all together for a right good sing song to end up this year.

You just have to give a bit of thought and preparation.

With a large rucksack , tent , camping chair and everything else there are plenty of places
to hide it !

Dress up with my mate as Turk and JD and race throughout the site on his back shouting "Eagle!"

Watch the sun rise/set at Stone Circle

Try a "Growler"

Stay up after headliners and find random things.

Have a rave.

It'll be my first time at Glasto (or should that be Glastonbury, or GF?) so...
1) Get there early enough to pitch up and spend a couple of days exploring in an excitable child-like way with all the old hands tutting and rolling eyes at my newness.
2) Try and find my mates on the Wednesday, I make a mean camp stove pea & mushroom risotto and apparently I'm cooking dinner.
3) Find La Grande Bouffe and have tartiflette... mmmmmmmm, tartiflette  :P
4) Not get stressed out by anything or anyone
5) To get really drunk, wake up stupidly early the next day with a hangover, and watch the sunrise with a triple espresso and bacon sarnie without getting all choked up about how wonderful everything is.

Having never been before there are a few things on my to do list that may seem a little underwhelming to people on here

1. Go up to the stone circle either for a sun set or rise with my camera and take a photo along the lines of the one in the Q mag special last year.

2. Try a growler

3. Have a Brothers and enjoy it. I'm not a big fan of the pear festival strength one they do, I'm determined to enjoy it.

4. Have my picture taken infront of an empty pyramid stage. Kind of a 'I was there thing'

5. Discover a new band I've never heard of just by chance

6. Visit Strummerville

Is there anything I've missed off that I should be thinking of doing?

I know but I am really a nervous wreck when it comes to things like this! I would burst into tears if I got searched. Actually, I probably would even if I haven't got stuff on me! :P

It's my first Glastonbury this year so there's plenty I want to do

1. Chill out and have an amazing time
2. Get chatting to plenty of people (going alone)
3. Not forget where my tent is
4. Sunrise at stone circle (everyone says it's good, plus I'm practically nocturnal)
5. See as much of the festival as is humanly possible

Before that I've got to do things like pay the rest of my ticket off, buy a tent and get fitter so I don't collapse!  :P
