I'll bump this because she was on Lauren Laverne's radio show on 6Music today, saying she's playing on the Avalon Stage on Sunday :P

I was bothered, but then I realised it read 'Lou Rhodes' instead of 'Lou Reed'.

I'm not familiar with the prior :P

Oooh this is very nice news to wake up to. I've only got the album Beloved One (as I'm crap at downloading!!?!!?), but its just stunning. The title track, and Why?, break my heart whenever I listen to them, which is most weeks  :P

Peace

Heard her on 6 music as well. Sounded really good. Will definitely try to get to the Avalon Stage.

Oh, and I think drooling is ok in the circumstances...

She is really good live , i have seen her with Lamb at glasto (the year they spit up ) as well as  solo .Its always emotional as her fans love her, plus her songs are often about love and broken relationships so we can all empathise!

I shall see her who ever else is on , just to hear Gabriel. She was indeed fantastic on the Park stage (a glastonbury moment for me) and she herself has said that was the best gig she has ever done.
Cant wait!
