I wonder if anybody else has experienced this and can advise me....
I paid the balance of the 2 tickets I bought about two weeks after I paid deposit, probably around 15th October. I have been checking on the ticket tracker on see tickets and the status of the order still says 2 x £50 deposit paid, I wasnt too concerned about this knowing how crap See can be.
Today I called to attempt to change my delivery address as I have moved and they have said that they have no record of me paying the balance mid October. I have checked back through my e-mails and can not find an e-mail confirming that I had paid, not sure if I have aciddently deleted it or if I did not have one in the first place.
My bank statement shows a payment of £299 (2 x balance + bf + parking ticket) going from my bank to 'tickets' on 19th Oct.
.......do you think that this will be sorted with a happy ending for me or has my money gone missing for good???
Any experience of this peeps? x

If the money has gone out, then it can probably be resolved. You might need to send See a copy of your bank statement showing the money going out so that they can trace it.

Thanks for the reassurance!
I have already been on the bank who have referred my to a department that is going to send a certificate of payment to confirm that ££ left my account and where it went.
I'm probably just being paranoid, but you know what it's like don't assume anything when it comed to glasto ticket and See are involved.
Thanks

And get on to your bank. They will be amazingly unhelpful, citing "Data Protection" every step of the way, buy they can trace where the payment went and they can tell who it is. If you happen to have sent it to the wrong place then you have a problem, if they sent it to the wrong place then they have a problem. Been there, seen it and got the tee-shirt on this one.

Good luck with sorting it!
I read your post this morning when I had just woken up and it must be stressful. Hope you get it all sorted. Blooming See Tickets! Good luck.

Just a thought....
When I paid the amount it quite clearly said on the see ticket page it would shown as , GLASTONBURY on my statement and it does. Ok this was for 1 ticket but the two tickets I ordered on the day also said , GLASTONBURY....

When i paid my balance it came out of my bank account as 'TICKETS'. Try calling them again and say you have proof that the money came out of your bank account and if need be will send them a copy of your statement which proves it. I'm sure it will be fine let us know how you get on.

Are you checking the correct order number? When you pay the full balance a seperate order number should be sent out. (different from the deposit one) They should have sent you an email about it, if not there are ways to find out your order number on See. The final booking page would have also told you a new order number.
If you check that new order number with ticket tracker it should say 'balance paid 2 x £135' or whatever.
If you've been checking your first order number when you paid the deposit it will say 2 x £50.
That's how it worked last year anyway.
