Would have thought Leading / Reeds or Download would be chasing them if they played any at all. I'd watch it, always wanted to see them, but I wouldn't go to either above purely in order to do so.

This.
I reckon Download would have them if anything.

Would be my dream to have them at Glasto. Surely as headliners though? Gods of grunge rock. We could sort out a fantasy 90s line-up with the original Pumpkins line-up, Pearl Jam, Rage Against the Machine, and Faith No More joining them on the bill.
Them Crooked Vultures or Soundgarden at Glasto - one or the other would make my festival (preferably Soundgarden since I've never seen them live)!

With Pearl Jam having dates including Hyde Park that weekend who have Soundgarden's drummer Matt Cameron I can't see him playing out of Pearl Jam - or playing two gigs in a day.

Love them on record, but saw them live in 1996 and they were incredibly boring. Like really, really boring. They may have lost their mojo by then i guess, they broke up not that long after, but still.

/\THIS. How many times have I given myself a sore throat trying to sing either of these guys' songs note for note? Many. Many times.

Agreed, with the exception of maybe 4 or 5 tracks there was defineltly a lack of something. Looked like they were going through the motions.
