Well I can think we can disgard the Scissor Sisters (although they've played before), I think i9t's about time Korn played and I'sd be so happy if The Avalanches played.

The Manics are supposedly releasing a new album next spring.

You sure the Pumpkins (well, Billy Corgan!) will be releasing a new album next year? Corgan says he doesn't want to release an album for years but rather just singles and EPs.

The list is from a varity of sources, as I said at the top the artists are said to have a new album out in 2010, I doubt all these will get released, some might get pushed back to 2011. Faithless' album was due in 2009 but it got pushed back to 2010.

I can see Hole doing mainstage at Reading if the album ever arrives, Courtney has a lot of history at the festival (Reading anyway).

Good call, they would be a great booking. I'd love to see Shirley Manson play as well or even better Garbage. :P

would be great to see them, was the first time in a few years they didn't play last year.  bad religon, mgmt, vampire weekend, coheed and cambria and A7X would all be good from that list. NOFX and Rancid have been away for ages. either of them would be great. as usual - Alkaline Trio, Gaslight Anthem and Lawrence arms too. I had a really great thought of a band that might play but forgot it. bring back chase and status! f**king awesome!

edit: ooh, someone mentioned the band I was thinking of - frightened Rabbit!
