Absolutely.

I've seen them at festivals more times than I would have liked over the years.  Not for me at all.

Placebo are nowhere near the band they were live or on CD anymore.

I saw them in 2000, and 2001 and they were quality then I saw them on the meds tour and they were pretty dull, and when ive seen them on tv too. But I saw their set on TV from Rock AM Ring this year they seemed back on form, I think being on such a 'rock' line up in the UK they might step up their game, and put on a stellar show. I hope they do. :P

You're definatly right.

Ive got Slayer on the Saturday from that, but it clearly states on their website they're playing Sunday

''Slayer has also been confirmed for the Sonisphere Festival Knebworth, a three-day event kicking off July 30 at Knebworth in the UK which will feature Iron Maiden, Rammstein, Anthrax, The Cult, and many others. Slayer is set to perform on Sunday, August 1.''

Before today's announcement I thought it could be a decent lineup. Unfortunately the only good thing abt this announcement is henry rollins (who's playin a big tour in jan anyway).

Dissapointment then for now.

Plus it'll be full of idiot maiden and slayer fans who just boo and throw shit at anyone that isn't maiden or slayer.

Ho hum, was fun last yr, not as killer a lineup this yr I feel.

Nothing about BMTH being exclusives

They've got to mitigate that disappointment somehow. Implying that they'll be everywhere is a good way :P

Overall a very good announcement. Hoping BMTH get moved though. A band you really dislike isn't such a big deal when there is non-stop music for twelve hours.
