Please,

I've had enough of teenagers who want to 'rebel' and buy this song on facebook.

It's a shit song. They could have at least picked a good song.

Dear BlackHole2006

Stop hating everything, try to be happy and enjoy your surroundings. If something annoys you maybe try to avoid it. If it annoys you that much actually do something about it instead of moaning about it on internet forums.

Lots of love, Okky.

I'm sorry but this isnt a "teenager" organised campaign. This is a campaign that has, so far, raised over 14 grand for the charity Shelter and has had endorsements from: BBC 6MUSIC (Shaun Keaveny/Music Week), PHILL JUPITUS, BILL BAILEY, SKY NEWS, KERRANG!, JOHNNY LYDON (Sex Pistols/PIL), THE PRODIGY, BBC RADIO 1, ZANE LOWE, METAL HAMMER, THE SUN, MATTHEW WRIGHT & THE WRIGHT STUFF, ABSOLUTE RADIO (Matt Berry PLEASE do my mobile's voicemail message! love Jon), YAHOO!, GIGWISE, DROWNED IN SOUND, STEPHEN FRY (thanks for the tweet), CHANNEL 5, ORANGE NEWS, ENTER SHIKARI, FALL OUT BOY, XFM, ROSS NOBLE, SKIN, GRAHAM BONNET, PHANTOM FM Dublin, LENNY HENRY, BBC RADIO 5LIVE, JACK RYDER, NEIL BUCHANAN, ROCK RADIO, TOM MALCOLM (Twestival), MARTINE McCUTCHEON, GAIL PORTER, ANDY SCOTT-LEE, DARREN HAYES, FIGHTSTAR, MALCOLM MIDDLETON, THE CANADIAN POST, IAN WRIGHT WRIGHT WRIGHT, GET CAPE WEAR CAPE FLY, MAGISTRATES, THE CRAVE, TONY RUDD, SEABROOK CRISPS...
...and the 2004 winner of the X-Factor Mr. STEVE BROOKSTEIN...

So why don't you just join in with the fun :P Because thats what it is! Or maybe do an even more honourable thing and donate some money to a charity this christmas...

i dont think it was picked for its popularity, i think its just because its a song you'd never in your wildest dreams see a song like killing in the name of as xmas number 1let alone a song with the word f**k in it

All done - 69p for the single and a tenner to Shelter. Perhaps I am worshipping at the altar of capitalist consumerism but I do spend a lot more than that on music in a year (as I suspect many of us do) and its a bit of fun at Christmas with a good cause getting something from it too.

Success for what?

A sucsess for Sony Records, who is also part owned by Simon Cowell himself.

I'm prettey sure Simon Cowell couldn't give two shits about this because he's getting money from it anyway. :P
