we had one with sugar and alcohol, no burning, one with the burning, and one just in a large shot glass, just pure alcohol.
having all 3 was not the best move!
but was good to try it. went to cafe absinthe for it. the bar staff were very nice, especially after the drink sent me a bit boozy and i had to be helped up out of my seat!!

It was blooming amazing!
The whole experience was brilliant. Sun, sea, cheap beer, beautiful women and some amazing bands!! (very surprised with Massive Attack & Cypress Hill)
If you saw a guy in a flowery dress on the Saturday, I'm afraid to admit that it was me
I also got interviewed by Heineken whilst wearing a bird hat on the Thursday and they said it would be on their site at some point

really weird i walked past back of guy in chicken hat getting interviewed and stuck my tongue out at the camera im guessing this was you cos not many people would hav had that hat on lol
I thought it was brilliant festival nice atmosphere i felt safe leaving my stuff in tent or walking round in the dark unlike at some festivals, the beer was cheap and always cold and made some very good new friends i'll be back next year
Damien marley, fatboy slim and that matisyahu were the new bands that won me over hope every1 else had fun
p.S the near by city of Gdansk is luvly place to go after and wind down if anybody goes next year

something sounds familiar about seeing a guy in a flowery dress! but it is only vaguely familiar after the beers.
@Mr Hudson, Gdansk was lovely. So was Gdynia and Sopot. Well worth a visit before the fest starts during the day.
Can't wait to visit next year again. But what to do until then......

I left for the festival on the 30th and only arrived home today...haha, such a cool few weeks!
Festival was so cool, Pearl Jam, Dead Weather and 2 Many DJ's being the highlights!
By the way, if anyone saw a guy going around dressed up like a horse it was ME!!!!!!
And if anyone's bored, come to Electric Picnic in Ireland this September, pretty expensive but my god its good craic!
