What's the atmosphere like at this festival ? I never been before, but is consider going  this year
depends what you like to be honest with you. The atmosphere is quite sedate, put it this way you can tell weed is tolerated as everyone is very chilled out. There's no rowdyness in the campsites (i didn't see any anyway lol), the road that you walk from campsite to arena is littered with makeshift bars. This means nothing at leeds like arseholes setting fire to everything.

Whilst the crowd are chilled out this means you can get up close to any band you want to see (they have four pits down at the front to ensure crowd control). I watched oasis up close and was the only one singing along, quite surreal when a month ago i couldn't hear noel sing half the world away as the crowd was so loud, and nice seeing oasis without the knobhead crowd they usually attract.

Whilst the atmosphere is relaxed, if it's a dance band, forget about that! Belgians love their dance music and the big dance acts mean everyone is moving, prodigy brought the madness out of people, as did boyz noize (never heard them before and top stuff), and 2manydjs, which i only caught the end of but was a full on party.

Trying to work out how this could be day ticketed! I went to Werchter in 07, but after the bands finish theres not really a way to get back to Brussels after the last band!

Two tickets available for sale for this. The wonderful news being that they were bought at early bird prices, and so will be sold at that price. €400 for the two, can be sold individually either.

Surprised nobody updated the lineup here.

TEREOPHONICS, CHANNEL ZERO, THE SPECIALS, PARAMORE, CORINNE BAILEY RAE, PORCUPINE TREE, MIDLAKE and THE BLACK KEYS.

Were all added few days ago. Only one name there that interests me...Porcupine Tree.

Campsite opens around 8am, I'm been 3 times but can't really remember if the arena opens straight away or early afternoon, first bands on about 4-5pm on the thursday anyways, and we've definitely chilled in the arena for a couple hours before. Music ends about 2am on the Thursday

Other days arena opens around 11am, first band on around 12am, and music through to around 1-1.30am. Finishes slightly earlier than the Thursday.

about one/ two o clock i think, get your wristband early though, since there's a queue jump thing on the far left hand side you can use on the first day if you already have your wristband. First time i went through it was dead, second time heaving! Bands don't start till about 4 or 5 though.

Word of warning, the queue for the campsite is f**king long! especially when it's ridiculously hot over there, as it was all of last year! (not complaining about that mind, festivals + torrential rain can be a right shitter).

Important message! The last available 4-day festivaltickets are on sale now. Also we are about to run out of one day tickets for Sunday July 4th. Which means as much that those who want to buy a 4-day festival ticket or a day ticket for Sunday have to act now. A waiting list will be opened through www.proximusgoformusic.be once the still available tickets are sold. It is always useful to register to this waiting list for tickets. When tickets become available again -due to unpaid reservations- the tickets then will be allocated to those registered on the waiting list according to the ‘first come, first served’ principle. People who can decide quickly, click here for tickets!

Just to give people a heads up.

I'm selling my tickets for this festival too. Face value of €205 each(negotiable to some degree), thats 4-day combi and camping. Can buy them without camping either, (or might throw in camping for free). Have decided on either Southside/Hurricane or Download instead unfortuantely. THe prices are from the early-bird prices btw.

I'm looking for two 4-day pass tickets for this festival, one for myself and girlfriend. Was absolutely gutted when I found it sold out yesterday as it was the day I got my pay cheque and had been planning to go for months! Any kind soul who has a couple tickets to spare (three if possible as I got a buddy interested as well), please get in touch privately as I am willing to pay ASAP.
