I don't know the actual answer, but the festival campsite doesn't open until 08.00 on the Thursday morning, so I'm guessing there won't be any shuttle buses until around that time or just before.

About bus shuttles, id say they start right before camp sites open. I've never been there that early though. And at the end of the festival, there are buses all night long but no train before 5 or 6 am. Still, there usually is a open room at the train station where people who wanna leave early and avoid the crowd stay. It's really hard to sleep there but hey, not here to sleep right.
