oo good point, hadn't thought of that one. Does say people returning though... plus would Aerosmith do anything other than headline?
Depends what context it was - but yeah that bit makes it unlikely - unless they mean returning to a Galbraith run festival - so yeah I'd say they were Anthrax and Dio/H&H

I reckon the other headliner movie American band is G'n'R - an extended tour into Eastern Europe where they're hugely popular makes that more likely - possibly an exclusive - Iron Maiden and G'nR only playing sonisphee dates in europe would that be likely?

The film one could be Motley Crue, there has been talk of making "the dirt" into a film

Surely it'll be whoever they make a Guitar Hero about in 2010?

Why don't they just say who the acts are instead of writing all that cryptic bollocks, so they can just apply it to whoever gets announced like some shit psyhic.

Looks like Marilyn Manson is definatly playing though. He played under Iron Maiden at Reading 2005.

I can see him at the same spot at Soni 2010, but with someone playing in between the two acts on the other stage

While were on the subject of heritage acts, we’ve heard whisperings of a couple of extremely influential American bands signing up were talking bands that changed the face of rock’n’roll here. We’re talking bands-that-currently-have-movie-biopics-currently-in-production-here

fugazi?

although i'm not sure about the biopic.

There are three GH's in 2010 - my guess is Van Halen are heading for download not Sonisphere.

Yeah, been flying around for a while that.

Of the rock stars I've heard that are getting biopics made, the 2 most likely for Sonisphere are Ozzy and Lemmy. Both getting made just now I believe.
