Still considering at £35 a ticket on the run up to xmas and I'd have to buy for my mate cause she wouldn't go otherwise...although I would love to. 2 many Djs smashes the Slam tent and the O2 and Glasto last year.

Its on the same night as Babyshambles at the Barras so i'll need to give it a miss. I'll see them at Rockness.....plus Braehead is an abysmal venue!!!

It was dreadful for Weller and The Strokes a few years back. Not been to a gig there since though so for all i know they could have improved it ten fold....doubt it mind you.

just got tickets today, I thought mgiht as well as nothing for rockness is set in stone as far as I am concerned depends what friends etc say although it all looks good atm... but may not get tiga etc.
I have heard the ticket price is more to do with the production value than the acts itself so I am hoping for something special and I assume they will be bringing their own soundsystem as thats usually where bad reviews come from in regards to a venue (especially linked to a dance act)

was at braehead for coloursfest which was ok but too many neds to be honest.
They had sniffer dogs for that. This likely to be the same set up?

I doubt it. Coloursfest may as well be called Nedfest. Not to be a stereotype but lots of neds means lots of narcotics!
I do plan to go to Coloursfest next year though to see what its like lols.

Couldn't honestly say yay or nay to that question but I agree although a stereotype neds=narcotics usually and coloursfest is a bit of a nedfest.
Just outta interest anyone seen Ferry Corsten live before? any good? got an invitation for a charity gig he is doing in Karbon on the Monday after soulwaxmas.
