Oh god, this thread is making me so excited already! 196 days and we'll be there....

Wednesday's great for lounging, chilling, drinking, laughing, falling over, being amazed that you're FINALLY there, meeting the neighbours, finding firewood, drinking more, and then passing out earlier than intended. :P

My wednesday will probably go like this:

Wander around all day, go completely over my food budget (£50.00). Maybe go to the cider bus meet if I can be bothered. Find some random place with music on, go back to the tent at 2:00am.

Arriving and realising how small the fest seems after 10 times of attending and heading out looking to see what has changed, what's new, what colour are the flags in the Jazz Field and in the end finding pretty much nothing has changed!  :P

Opening ceremony in the Green Fields is nice. (Unless I am getting muddled with Thursday!)

Traipsing round site in the daytime with a pile of G virgins is always good and the special 'Don't Look Back' moment when you take em up to the Stone Circle in the dark...priceless! Be ready to catch them as they fall! :P

My wife (a GP) tells me she had a patient at Glastonbury who lasted 45 mins before he got chest pains and was carted off in an ambulance to Swindon....... don't ask, I've no idea why Swindon either.   Perhaps it made him think that having a heart attack wasn't the worst thing in the world after all :-)

That's getting seriously over-excited.

Don't envy you the long hike to and from and getting constantly searched. :P
