Despite all the stick he gets, I'd like Russell Brand. Think he'd cost too much for just a comedian though.

I'd nail Bill on with a big shiny nail for next year. It was odd he wasn't there last year. 40th Anniversary? Definitely.

Surely the easiest way to find out is to Tweet him?! I'd bet on him being there and, having seen him countless times before, that's a very good thing. Just get there early because the tent tends to get very busy.

he was there in 2007.  Practically closed the Cabaret field there were that many folk trying to get in to see him... that and shelter from the rain!

And this.
Would be AWESOME but I think that ship has sailed now that he's started doing the American films.

Maybe someone like Frankie Boyle or Jack Whitehall/Russell Howard though.

I think a lot of the comedy lineup depends a bit on what's happening with the leftfirld. Leftfield normally gets some decent names. I usually spend a lot of time in the cabaret tent, and it's always fun. Not usually a lot of massive names though, doubt you'd get Frankie Boyle etc.

My own personal dream is Daniel Kitson, but I know it'll never happen, it's about as likely as Prince on the Pyramid  :P

Saw him on Saturday with the Guide to the Orchestra show mate. Brand new to my eyes/ears.
