Inspired by JimOfTheJungle's headliner hurt heal game.

Rules.
1. One go per day.
2. You get 3 points in total, can either all be negative, or all positive, or a mixture (no half points!)
3. By all means add a song not on the list, new songs start at 15.
4. Reply in a format so people can see what you've done.
5. If a song goes down to zero, it's off the list and not allowed back on!
6. No complaints about yet another U2 thread.
7. Though it's not disallowed, I'd prefer it if you didn't hurt 'Where The Street's Have No Name'.

So starting off with my favourite songs:

Boy
I Will Follow  15

War
Sunday Bloody Sunday  15
New Year's Day  15
Two Hearts Beat As One  15

The Unforgettable Fire

+1. This thread, to quote airport security announcements, needs to be removed and may be destroyed.

Surprised he didn't get a bashing for not including "in a little while" either!

Okay, I'm glad that the critisms are from U2 fans about the songs I've missed off, rather than from haters generally bagging on U2, but you are allowed to add your own songs.  Its in rule 3!

PS, I've just noticed that I missed of Hold Me, Thrill Me, Kiss Me, Kill Me as well.

I do like Weird Al's version of that:

Quote

Listen to the Muzak
Hearin' people scream
Sittin' in the waiting room
Readin' crappy magazines
With a toothache
This is it, pal
Root Canal

My molars are impacted
I'm gettin' gum disease
I'm gonna need some fillings
Got twelve cavities
Can you help me
Have mercy
Doctor, please

My teeth are a fright
Got a huge overbite
Numb me, drill me
Floss me, bill me

You jab at my nerve endings
It's driving me insane
Just give me nitrous oxide
Shoot me up with novocaine
Help me out here
'Cause I'm so severe
Pain

Please stop for a bit
Let me rinse and spit
Numb me, drill me
Floss me, bill me

You validate my parking
I think that I'm okay
But you make one more appointment for
A week from Saturday
'Cause you came upon
A problem on
My x-ray
Oy vey!

I'm getting absurd
Well, I hope I'm insured, now
Numb me, drill me
Floss me, bill me

It's historic - my first ever date with the Mrs was U2 at Wembley Stadium during the Joshua Tree tour - I'd first watched them at a young age in Plymouth during the Boy tour.

I thought Joshua Tree was their zenith - they went downhill a bit on Rattle & Hum, and when Zooropa came out i gave up on them - and more so with hearing about the PopMart tour.

We got tickets for the 'Elevation' tour for an anniversary present the date that accidentally clashed with our daughter's birthday, she wasn't happy. Bono's dad had just died so the gig was emotional despite the poor sound - and we thought we'd knocked seeing U2 on the head for good.

Said daughter got into my old U2 vinyl around the time of Vertigo and demanded we go see them to make up for her birthday mix-up a few year's before - so we went. The gig was overblown but by this time the crowd were rabid fans and it was the atmosphere of the punters that made it for me rather than U2 themselves.

The problem with this game is the lack of consensus!
