Reading some comments on facebook it looks like tickets are becoming scarce, remember it sold out last year for the first time when others were struggling, go for the weekend you won't regret it!!!!!!

Like a lot of people I was disappointed to have Amy McD announced as headliner.  The singles were ok but I wouldn't have gone to a concert or even bought the cd.  However I thought I'd check it out and have just listened to the live at barrowlands bonus cd - oh dear!  Cruicified a couple of tracks by Oasis and The Killers and just can't seem to hold the tunes even on a couple of her own songs.  Some of it sounded awful

Amy McDonald was a strange choice for headliner, no doubt she is a viable act for the main stage but don't think she's got the songs for a main stage evening headliner, The Killers and Oasis covers prove this, those will probably the songs that the crowd will respond to most.

I don't think there has been many solo female artists have headlined festivals in the past?

The organisers must be pretty happy, shitty line-up that csurely couldn't cost much yet it sells out. Fair play to them. They must be doing something right.

Each to their own, I agree its not the strongest line up compared to the last few but have you been before?  For me its about way more than just the music and this is why it will sell out.

We've been going for years and bella has always given an eclectic line up but always had some class in their choices. Looks to me like they are targeting folk with kids- think they blew their budget this year on the kids entertainment- which is fine if you have young children and as was said fair play to them. Probably by doing that they are getting the some people who don't usually do festivals along with people who used to do festivals but now have kids. It might not be ALL about the music, but I just hope it doesn't become nothing to do with the music(if you know what I mean). Giving them the benefit of the doubt that it will turn out to be a good un anyway

No I don't think so either, I think people who have went have enjoyed it and went back. If I was coming to it cold, i'd probably have picked wickerman or something else around the same pricing with a better line up.

However, I still think it will be a brilliant weekend and am getting mega excited.

It's a poor line up this year again IMO and despite me not being able to go anyway, I wouldn't be really tempted again if I could go. I know there is more than the music, but there are a lot of festivals which can claim that now in the similar price bracket.

Especially when many of the other festivals run for 3 and a half days as well.

Well for me its only 5 sleeps til i leave and i dont care that the line up isnt the best. This will be my first festival as a responsible adult (ie taking kids with me this year.....not mine may i add) Its still ok to drink wine at breakfast time isnt it....

Yeah they have to learn, but if you don't want them to think bad of you, make sure its after 10 .  

(Cos even kids know only alkies mix their drink with toothpaste)
