We are pleased to announce that tickets for Blissfields 2010 will be going on sale at 12:00 noon on 1st Dec 2009.

Next year will be a special year for us as it is our tenth birthday (I know we don't look that old!) and we are planning an especially fun filled festival with even more music, more entertainment and comfort for you next July!

To compliment the tenth birthday celebrations we will be encouraging a dress theme of "Decades" for the Saturday of the fiesta, giving plenty of opportunity to come as anybody from any era, past, present or future. We also have a new website under construction to accompany the theme.

To begin the celebrations the first 100 tickets sold on December 1st will receive a complimentary birthday gift from us as well. Also all adult tickets purchased before the 1st Feb 2010 will be entered for a free prize draw of a golden ticket: One very lucky person will win free entry to the next ten years of Blissfields!

As usual we are trying to play well above our league and are waiting on a final reply from headline band (who have been very positive so far) by the end of this week, if this comes off we should be announcing first lineup news in a couple of weeks. If not we will be working our arses off to replace! :P
If we do get to book this act I think everyone will be very pleasantly surprised, even after setting the bar so high last year!
Meanwhile the fields are looking amazing today in the snow, you'll be able to see "The Frozen Hidden Hedge" very soon on Facebook! Although Paul you'll probably say "thats not even called snow in Scotland!" :P

Any joy with this? :P

Booked my flight home today, leaving same time as last year around 6pm on the Sunday from Southampton to Glasgow.. Was only £40 too :P

Brilliant booking confirmation late yesterday paves the way for Blissfields line-up release on Tuesday (or maybe before)!
Me excited? Of course not!
With 2/3 weekend tickets already gone we guess they will go quickly after announcement so don't hang around :P
