reetings WOMAD fans!
As we're getting close to the big weekend I thought it was about time we alerted you to the fact that Radio WOMAD will be back and broadcasting from our lovely compound on the festival site between Wednesday 21st July 2010 until Monday 26th July 2010 on 87.7fm within 20 miles of the Charlton Park site, and to the rest of the world online, via a link that we'll have up here as soon as we know it.
We'll be playing music from all the best artists playing at the festival this year, as well as featuring some exciting interviews and exclusive and intimate live sessions from artists like Ty, DAM, Chumbawamba, The Ukelele Orchestra of Great Britain and lots more exciting names to be announced nearer the time.
On top of that we'll be broadcasting all the important weather, travel and line up news, so be sure to tune your car radio into 87.7fm, and don't forget to bring a radio with you so you can share the fun!
Oh yes, and if you want to keep abreast with all the Radio WOMAD news in the run up to the festival, be sure to sign up to our Facebook page at http://www.facebook....44651147&ref=ts
Are you looking forward to it yet? We are!
