Hey dudes, one and all, those already known and those still to be met and new to the fold...

Just thought I would give you's lot a nudge to possibly kick you into action into getting heads together even at this super super early stage about where the Tuesday night camping is going to be?

Cos we ain't returning to Old Oaks are we now???  :)  :) :) :)  Narf!

It's pretty clear that with a sell out and what went on this year with the traffic mayhem, that pretty much ANYONE who has any sense will be onto booking themselves up somewhere local quick smart...

so...what's the initial plan? That distant campsite down that lane or Avalon or a big friendly field that one of you can try and organise cos you have a mate's etc?

the Avebury partying will no doubt be happening again, and isnt the Solstice on the Monday next year cos of Leap Year or something leaving just the Tuesday for the regular pre-Glasto see you all at the Rifleman's uber party? If Glasto does not become a viable option, a different nearby town with a pub and campsite will do wont it?  :(

Get your asses in gear pronto if you can...cos we gotta move quickly methinks!

Sorry to get knickers twisted this early...and I aint even coming with ya am I?  :(

I will be coming on Tuesday this year, cannot face another 7 1/2 hour trip from Telford. Have already looked at a few sites, Old Oaks is out because of the high season 4 days rule, there is a nice looking site in Wells with an on site bar

Old Oaks is out because of them really not liking the fact that people were awake past 11pm and talking and generally being excited the night before the BIGGEST event in the region for one petty evening!!! Miserable idiots! You dont have a campsite that close to the biggest music festival pretty much in the world and expect campers to be quiet the evening before now should you???  :(    :D

Does anyone have any indication how early in the planning the local council and licencing authorities will have to approve or revoke the carparks opening at 8pm idea?

Cos this idea has thrown a bt of a spanner in the works for my groups preparations so do not know whether to book somewhere now (and if we do, its unlikely to be campsite anyway, no chance of convincing half my lot to spend an extra night in a tent!) or wait till early car parks is approved / rejected.
