But they're a great live act and might have been the best band I saw at Leeds this year. I think they'd be perfect for an Other Stage headline slot next year, but would they be around in 2010?

I'm not sure if they're everyone's favourite band on here.

Let's hope not.

Oh gawd yes, didn't they say they were taking a break for abit or something though? Maybe they won't do any or many fesitvals next year to work on another album.

I'm not a huge fan of them any more, I was when I was 14 and into that sort of music. I just think they're still a really good live band and would welcome them to Glastonbury.

Hmm, although theyre not to everyones taste on here I think they’re a good live band for a festival. I’ve seen them at large outdoor venues like Leeds and T and theyre really entertaining and get the crowd going all singing along to their songs.
However in indoor and small venues (Newcastle Arena and Newcastle Academy) I’ve been really disappointed in them. I cant put my finger on why but I just felt cold and short changed after the gig.
If they were to play I’d probably go and see them if there want anyone else on at the same time I was desperate to see.

At The Cribs at Leeds Academy last week one of em was stood next to me at the bar.
I suppose I should have murdered him and that would have stopped any possible Glaso appearance.
That band do my head in !
They release two albums then moan they are sick of album/ tour ablum/tour , "do f@@k all then I
said don't record and don't tour if you are sick of it.
So then the do another album and tour !!

Got to be honest I’d got pretty sick of them over the last couple of years but seen them live recently and have a new found respect for them as they are an absolutely cracking live band front man is ace, I actually seen them on my 2nd Glasto as well but that memory is VERY hazy!!!!! I’d love to see them again at Glasto maybe as a 2nd last slot on the Pyramid stage before the stones on Sunday night, that would be a wicked upbeat end to the festival!
COME ON MAKE IT HAPPEN PLEASE!!!!!!!!

I couldn't agree more. They seem to have a stencil for their music. "Note to self (Says KC frontman) next single to include a few wooooooooooooooooooooaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhs and ah-ah-ah-ah-ahs".

Shite. And not good shite. More like turgid, complete festering, disease ridden TURD of a band.
I'm not a fan.

Never really been a fan, but I don't actively dislike them, as I do some. If Kaiser Chiefs were food, they'd be boiled potatoes.
