Hi all,

I’ve e-mailed the Glastonbury office, but I was wondering if anyone here could help me.
I had registered twice for Glastonbury, once last year and once this year, so I ended up with two registration numbers.  At 9am yesterday I went through the process of inputting one of my registration numbers went through the process of inputting my payment details and then what I thought had happened it crashed and I wasn't sure if I had been successful or not, so very quickly I put in my second registration number and it worked fine.
At 9pm last I got two e-mails through, and I had in fact purchased two tickets, both under my details/picture etc.
My friend was unable to get through to get a ticket, is there anyway that she can use one of my tickets? Or will she have to go through it all again?

Cheers,
Lee.

I would have thought that you could cancel one for a £10 fee.  There will not be any way you could transfer a ticket to someone else!

sorry.

because the tickets have a photo - and the photos do get checked going into site - tickets are not transferable.

Cheers for the information, I was hoping that they may have transferred one of mine across to my friends, with her registration number etc.

No, but if you find someone that looks a lot like you you might be able to get away with it! Not that I'm condoning that of course.

I'm 6ft 3, she's 5ft 5! ha ha. Oh well, i just hope she gets one, otherwise i'll be on my own. Buti did manage to get through on the phone around 9pm, and a lasy took all my details and my friends registration number, so i hope we got my friend a ticket that way.

Noone looked at my picture when i arrived last year, so you could take the chance and give it to your friend, but i think some people on here mentioned they had their picture checked properly at the gate. Would be luck of the draw.

Just called and cancelled one of my orders at see, off the advice of the Glastonbury office. See wouldn't transfer it, so my friend has to wait until 2010

Did they say when in 2010 these additional tickets are going on sale? Or are they still being so bloody mysterious?!
