So who else had their registration information lost by Seetickets?

I went on their website, typed in my surname and postcode and my Dad's number showed up but mine wasn't there. I don't know how this happened but basically unless I can re-register and then manage to  snag up a ticket in the resale, my dream of returning to Glastonbury has been shattered.

This is exactly what happened to me too.

I managed to reregister this morning and have had a new number through - but will have to wait til the resale to see if I get in.

happened to me too, still not been able to reregister yet. Fingers crossed for the resale, a very strong worded e-mail has just been sent to Seetickets and an equally strong worded e-mail has been sent to GFL complaining about the useless muppets at Seetickets.

I should've registered earlier. Thought I'd ticked the box last year but hadn't, so in my panic registed on friday, with what I'd assume a perfect photo; white background, in focus, full face etc.....rejected.

See the website's down now for re-registration, (and efests now says the 12th it reopens)....fingers crossed for resales now.

So had you checked the registration before that - in the last few weeks? And then they lost it after you had checked?

That was my thought. Did they receive the email reminder as well??

Mine was fine about a week and a half before - and I got the e-mail reminder. Disappeared between then and yesterday

Indeed. Managed to get on and re-register this morning, got all the confirmation through. Will just have to sit on a couple of hundred quid til next year and hope I can get one in the resale! If not, Latitude here I come!

happened to me too. Two out of four tickets didn't go through. Although I'd booked tickets on one of them for the past two years. See say they can't do anything now even though when I spoke to them yesterday they told me their system was down and I should leave it till today then ring back when I'd be able to book!
Resistered the two again this morning but one got refused, same photo I used last year so what's that about?? Now can't even re-re-register till next week!

Spoke to See again today who said they will put the next sale date on the web site so there won't be any trickelling through over the next few weeks. She was hopeful that there would be a small release in the next few weeks and a bigger on in April/may time.

Bit gutted I didn't double check last week as we'd all be sitting pretty now. Bastards.
