i've lost shit load of "fat" not weight a few time in the last 15years,
my honest basic simple rules are:
do weights instead of CV
when doing weights, always make sure you lift the appropriate weight that you can't do no more than 8-12 reps any more reps is wasting your time. and at least 3 sets of the reps
I can not stress this enough *eat as much low Gi foods or raw foods* as possible - except after immediate training - if you don't know what gi foods are look it up on google.
diet = enough protein and plenty of carbs - look this up
don't expect miracles
don't expect quick results
expect serioulsy hard word
and make the weight training enjoyable and varied
use dumbbells and compound exercises were possible
