I have been put on another Very Low Calorie Diet by my GP for a month. In May I weighed 18 and a half stone. I am down to 14 and half at the moment, and I hope to reach goal of 12 stone by the start of season next May.

To post pictures you have to either have them on something like Facebook, right click on the image, select properties and copy the location, then click the add image icon when posting and paste it in there, or upload the image to somewhere like tinypic.com and then paste the address they give for the photograph.
I look forward to seeing them.
thanks very much, i shall give that a go when i put them on fb later then

I'm making a start by biking to and from work and visiting the gym three times a week. I wasn't that overweight at festivals this year, just standing closer to you than you previously thought

That's incredible, Rufus!
You'll be unrecognisable come June... what will there be left to hug?

i think photographic evidence of this "awesome ass" is as necessary as evidence of hill walking... dont you??

After seeing some beached whale holiday photographs 2 years ago, I decided to do something about it. Lost 5 stone over the course of two years - best advice I can give to anyone is to swim !!
