I have a couple of friends from Australia who are submitting all their details only to be told their postcode is not on seetickets' database.

Help? I've got mine already, but wanna make sure everyone gets a share of the love.

Happening to me, even though they are and what I'm entering is right. Needless to say I'm livid.

I wonder if they'd get any joy going over the phone instead.

Neil, anything you know/can find out? Would be much appreciated.

Australian postcodes contain no letters. It's a four-digit number that narrows it down to what suburb you live in. It's not all Aussies ones - some have got through okay, some have been rejected. This is seriously lame. One of my best mates has been talking about coming for years and got this... lame.

My Irish pals had the same problem as they don't have postcodes either, so they use their town name but had to leave the last letter off as it will only accept 8 characters. - give it a try.
