I'm trying to get two adult tickets and one child (over 12 under 16). When i go through the pay a deposit screen it doesn't give me the option to specify they are a child. But i notice you do get this option on the pay full balance screen. Anyone know why?

I don't want to put down a deposit with them thinking she's an adult....

I know that, but what concerns me is that when i gt through to the confirmation page it has ADULT next to her registration number. I tried looking at the pay full balance option and on that screen there's a tick box next to the number where you can specify they are under 16. Why don't you get this on the pay deposit page?

sorry not got kids. Is there a price differenct for 12 - 16 year olds?  Maybe they do not need to know if over 16 or not until full balance is paid so are not asking on deposits.

Over 12's pay the same price as an adult.

I'm going to assume its that too - sure I read somebody say that car passes aren't available with the deposit either. So to the OP - I wouldn't worry - just book.

Ticket price is the same, but tickets for under 16's can only be bought with a paying adult as they have to be accompanied. My dilemma is that when paying a deposit i can't tell them she's under 16.

Maybe i do that when i pay the balance though....

True, but the majority of festivals do it. T in the Park charges adult prices for 5 year olds.

Doesn't matter, you have to pay a fullprice adult ticket. You also might have to sign a waver at the gates for responsibility to said 'child'.

It says this just above where you enter details....

Please enter the registration details of everyone (aged 13 and over) who would like to purchase tickets.
You are allowed a maximum of 8 tickets per transaction.
