Most years I have had a nightmare using the seetickets website on the beloved ticket release day but this year the process seemed a lot smoother.

Granted it is still not perfect but given the huge demand I feel the site has perfomed a lot better this year.

Yeah, fair comment, this year was much easier, though that might be down to reduced demand as much as increased capacity at See.

(I'm not really a See fan, but I've always felt they do the best job of all the main ticketing companies.)

I wish I'd had that experience. I had the address screen up at about 8.55am, but literally just couldn't get past there. Got to the address screen many times, but it crashed every single time trying to get past it.
I tried to call them, eventually got through and was on hold, then was disconnected whilst on hold.
I have no doubt I'd still be trying now if someone else hadn't got them for me, don't know what happened with me!

Shite as usual. It crashed and I've not got an order number to track my tickets, if they exist? I'll have to wait on the email that could take hours/days. Not a huge Ticketmaster fan' but they do have the servers to cope with high demand stuff.

Was much easier last year, still, got tickets, cant complain

I thought it was much better this year. I would go and hug them all if it wasn't for the fact they are in Notts

worked pretty sweet for me. but i still won't praise seetickets cos the majority of the time they're f**king rip-off merchants. recently my mate booked Lamb Of God tickets for a few of us through Ticketline - he originally looked at Seetickets and with the booking fees and postage they would have came to about a tenner more!!! but on the Glasto front, can't complain.
