Hello!

My sister accidentally paid in full for 6 tickets for my family, she didn't intend to bless her but was so excited about getting on (I had planned a lie in and a ticket hunt later in the day after last year!).

Anyway, sat in a queue for customer services but wondering whether they will let me swap to a deposit?!  Any thoughts?
