Can't change billing address- help!

I moved house since I first registered and was expecting to change the billing address when I ordered but it won't let me- what a nightmare!!

Address won't match my visa card but as my mail is being redirected, do you think it would be ok for me to say that this is my billing address anyway?

My billing address doesn't match the card holders either, but it will match someone else we've got tickets for

I don't think addresses are checked and time of payment debit - they are just used if there is a subsequent query from the credit card owner - as you won't be querying it, they probably wont even know. If you have doubts ring up tomorrow when its all died down and you have your booking ref.

i had this problem last year, however I left the billing address to whatever the card was registered to (my old address), and changed the delivery address to what I needed (work in this case).  You never need to show proof of address at the gates or anything anyway so it shouldn't be a problem...

it let me change my address on the page where it asks you to confirm the registered holders details

I've got the same issue. It kept timing out when I tried to change it so I kept with the billing address on my registration. It still let me place the order and if they don't check it out thats gonna be fine as its my parents house so its not like I'm gonna have the ticket delivered to somewhere I no longer live.

In anyone elses experience, if they do query the address and the payment doesn't go through, will they phone you to try and sort it or will they simply cancel the tickets and leave you crying?
