Yeah exactly the same problem. When I got back in it said 'these registration numbers have already placed a deposit'. Exactly the same as the last 2 years. You probably have already got them but if I was in your shows I would keep trying until you get the same message.

The same thing has happened to me. I've went back and hit order about 10 times and now it's coming up with
"The following error has occured:
We encountered a problem saving your order. Have you already placed a deposit?"
I hope this means I'm successful, now I'm waiting for the dreaded confirmation email. Equally, I hope I haven't ordered 10 tickets, this happened to me for Oasis' last tour, I ended up being billed for 26 tickets (I had to ring See to get 23 of them cancelled.)

You just need to keep refreshing the page mate, I done this and it came up with my conformation saying I had booked the tickets.

I've had a few problems too. First it crashed after i entered the registration numbers, then it crashed after i selected deposit (Didnt get quite so far that time), then i managed to enter my card details before it crashed again. I hit refresh and got the message that i had booked 2x deposits. Yay! I wont let my mate know he is going until i get my confirmation email tho. Good luck to those still trying. X

The same happpend to me!!! See tickets have now put up this notice:
Please read the following and click the link that best applies to you
IMPORTANT! If your registration number appears as 'used' then we definitely have a booking under your registration number. It is anticipated that customers will receive their confirmation email within 3-4 hours of making a booking. So please be patient whilst waiting for this email to arrive.
Rest assured, if you are attempting to do a booking and it says your registration number is used then you have a booking.
So I feel much better now...though I still want my email

I've been through the booking process twice this morning and got the same problems. If you click refresh rather than back you - eventually - get the correct next screen. I eventually got the last confirmation of order screen both times by doing this. What a feckin faff though....See really need to up their game.
(Not yet got the confirmation email though, but I've waited 24 hours for that in the past....)

I must say this forum has given me a lot of reassurance this morning!! Good to hear others have been having the same problems.
Glad See Tickets have posted the message:

Should be ok!

If it says a reg numbers have been used then a sale has DEFINITELY been made against that reg number.
