Defo - Macca, Radiohead & Gorillaz as headliners then!

Thought he was very good in 2004, but I think it's one of those one off things. I doubt he'll be back.

That could mean Muse and McCartney again, far too similar to 2004

I'd love for Macca to play but it would be hard for him to match his 2004 performance judging from the footage I've seen.
Also forgot all about the possibility of Gorillaz, I think that could be a very good shout actually what with Damon probably having amazing memories from playing with Blur this year.

I'd be up for that! He almost puts Springsteen to shame with 2 1/2 hr gigs on his current US tour with 35 songs , packed with hit after hit from the beatles, wings and solo career

It would make zero sense for them to have him back. It was a one-off in 2004. Forget about it people. Sir Paul is not Coldplay or Radiohead who will play year after year ad nauseum.

I Wish! Won't happen though, One off performance

2004 really does look like it had a great lineup..
Macca, Oasis (ok they were shit blah blah, still a huge band) Muse, Morrissey, Kings of Leon, Groove Armada, Elbow, Chemical Brothers, Kasabian, The Killers, Basement Jaxx, Orbital, James Brown,

admittedly, it's not a set of Beatles hits, but that would be silly
or would it ?

Were you not singin' along to "Penny Lane" for with the rest of us 80,000 bruv!? Whats wasnt to like bout his vocals in 2004?

Oh and knocking "The Frog Chorus" is way below a man of your dignity and taste Tuggs. It is TOTALLY cool. A quintessential slice of batshit-crazy British genius IMHO.

You missed out in ways that arent easy to explain. Multiply your adoration for Doves by 1,000 and then youre close to how I feel about Macca at Glasto 5 years ago. It was life changing stuff.

Root canal with no anesthetic? Hhhmmm. Maybe you could just staple your eyelids to your bottom lip instead. Might stop you from talking shit for a while...
