As far as dance festivals go I've went to Glade last year and creamfields this year. Glade was great but not specific enough for the music I'm into. Creamfields was great for music but not really enough "goods" going around.
Was thinking about trying GG next year. How is it as far as music, atmosphere and "goods" go?
know its early but I'm stupidly well organised, as far a raving goes.
cheers
DEciding for next year

^^^ With disco on this, anyone got anymore info on what GG has to offer?
We too did Creamfields for the first time last month, loved it although do fancy somewhere else too. Global was the next one we could think of, so any info would be great guys!

Cheers for the support dawn!
Also, Cream had too many big acts clashing on the sunday, was absolutely gutted when I left both Aeroplane and 2manydjs early. Turned out to be the wrong decision on both occasions.

I've been to Global 4 times, camped for 3 of those and this was probably one of the best for me. Great weather, great laugh and busiest i've seen it i think.
Goods are always easy to get hold of.

One this that global has got going for its self the a array of music, there is always something worth going to see. the dubstep was great last year.
for me the atmosphere is very different each day, very friendly and happy on the friday. the satuday never seems quite right, i think its a tad aggressive. i blame this on on day ticket holders.
on the downside i did queue 5 hours to get in, it was very badly orgainised last year, not good.

Ive been to most Global Gatherings, only missed the first few
Id have to say its the best UK Dance Festival.
Been to Creamfields twice and thats the only one that could rival it, but even then it comes nowhere near close to doing so.
From the choice of music, to the general feel of the crowd its by far better than any other UK Dance festival.

Creamfields is good as a second festie of the year but so much smaller than Global and even though we had a good time it just hasn't got the magic that Global has
It's Global for me...everytime!
