Surely its not really anything new if you could use your mobile to access the internet, surely you could just access the normal site

Would be surprised if ticket events like Glasto were covered by this service as they might have somewhat unique system requirements and heavy loads. Also, not all phone browser software would necessarily be compatible with or sophisticated enough to support the whole ticket purchasing application. Nice idea though, and in time this may well be the way it goes.

I us to use there mobile phone ticketing service! often for booking tickets but they have made some meager cock ups with big events, when the tickets are in demand.
Tickets go on sale at 9, by quarter past you think you have booked the tickets and payed for them egs as it says you have booked them then Waite all day for the confermation e-mail that you dont get so you phone them to be told they have no record of you booking them. This only seems to happen when the tickets sell out fast but when it's a normal gig i have never had any problems booking them.
Once they did say they could see i had booked the tickets and couldn't understand why the money had not been taken from my account and put me on to this very nice lady who would sort it out for me, she admitted it was there fault but they were no more tickets for the gig and she put me on a prioraty list for some more tickets but basicley all that ment was any tickets canceld egs i would have a chance of getting them but it never happend.
That's why i stopped using it, and would deff not risk it for Glasto tickets
